An easy oats pie recipe
Oats are great foods for health and serving a breakfast with oats is a not bad idea. Here is an easy oats pie recipes you could use for your breakfast.
2.5 cups of oats
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of coconut oil
4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Put oatmeal, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, eggs, coconut oil and vanilla into a large bowl. Beat them until all ingredients are combined then mix with the chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper.
Take a tablespoon of dough and use your hands to squeeze the dough into a ball. If this ball is too dry and not holding, you can add enough coconut oil to make it moist. Then put it on prepared baking sheet. Continue repeating with all dough remained.
Bake them for 10 minutes or until they are set and golden. Put them out of the oven and serve.
